It’s Time to Call a Halt to the Feminist DV Propaganda Campaign
October 27, 2025 – For years, the feminist party-line has insisted that women seldom or never engage in domestic violence. This shibboleth served as the basis for one-sided domestic violence (DV) laws such as the Convention of Istanbul in Europe, the Violence Against Women Act in the US, and others that deprive accused persons of due process and the presumption of innocence.
Indeed, a tidal wave of research shows the feminist DV position to be categorically false (1). And recently Dr. Louise Dixon and colleagues released an acclaimed book that highlighted the plight of male victims of domestic violence (2).
Fortunately, efforts to counter feminist-driven DV propaganda are gaining momentum around the world:
Australia:
Earlier this month Sen. Malcolm Roberts grilled feminists from the Australian Institute of Family Studies, asking, “Why did you misrepresent the data presented in your own study?” and “Are you peddling feminist propaganda at taxpayer expense?” (3)
England:
On November 4, over 160 police forces, charities, service providers, and others will observe Supporting Male Victims of Domestic Abuse Day. The observance highlights the fact that only one in 20 victims who access specialist support from their local commissioned service is male (4).
India:
The domestic violence laws in India are among the most one-sided of any country in the world. In response, the Ekam Nyaay (“One Justice”) Foundation is pursuing a high-profile media and legal advocacy campaign around the country. On November 16, the Foundation will hold an International Men’s Day conference on Shaping an Equal and Just India (5).
Spanish-Speaking Countries:
Last week eight organizations from Spain and Latin America endorsed a Reaffirmation of the Protection of Children and Non-Violence. The manifesto states, “We reiterate our absolute condemnation of all forms of violence, regardless of who it comes from and under any circumstances…We firmly believe that by avoiding lies, we protect the truth.” (6) During Men’s Equality Month in November, these groups will strengthen their publicity efforts.
United States:
The Chicago Tribune recently published an editorial that made no mention of female-perpetrated abuse. In response, a stinging press release was issued that concluded, “The disinformation in the editorial is so glaring and the bias so prominent, that the Chicago Tribune editorial board should feel compelled to issue an apology to its readers.” (7)
Commentator Helen Andrews recently published “The Great Feminization,” a blunt critique of feminist-driven cancel culture. Darkly warning that the “rule of law will not survive the legal profession becoming majority female,” Andrews concludes that the “Great Feminization poses a threat to civilization.” (8)
Indeed, persons who seek to preserve and protect Western civilization must work to expose the dishonesty and perversity of the feminist DV campaign.
The Domestic Abuse and Violence International Alliance – DAVIA — consists of 209 member organizations from 40 countries in Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, Latin America, and North America. DAVIA seeks to ensure that domestic violence and abuse policies are science-based, family-affirming, and gender-inclusive. https://endtodv.org/davia/
