Feminists are Relentlessly Advancing Towards Totalitarian Rule

March 30, 2026 – Two weeks ago the United States made a proposal to the United Nations to define “gender” as referring only to a man or woman. The resolution was co-sponsored by 11 other countries and appeared to be headed for approval (1).

But rather than opening the floor for discussion and debate, feminist opponents invoked a controversial “no action motion” that served to thwart debate and side-track the proposal from further consideration. The “no action motion” is a good example of the underhanded tactics that gender ideologues utilize to suppress democratic procedures at the UN.

These are eight examples of feminist-driven totalitarian policies that have been implemented around the world:

Suppression of Free Speech: Feminists are pushing for anti-free speech laws in countries around the world. In Finland, MP Päivi Räsänen was convicted last week of committing a hate crime for a pamphlet that cited a biblical teaching on human sexuality (2). In Brazil, a man can now be imprisoned for up to five years for the mere act of “interrupting a woman.” (3)
Disinformation: The United Nations often makes claims about female disadvantage that are one-sided, misleading, and false. For example, the UN launched a campaign in November about online abuse of women, ignoring the fact that men are at least as likely as women to be targets of online harassment (4).
Propaganda: An analysis of the Tweets by UN Women reveals they are “often inaccurate, biased, contradictory, unprofessional, overly emotional, and lacking in common decency and empathy for boys and men.” (5)
Fear Mongering: In Australia, feminists dishonestly repackage anti-feminist attitudes as “violence against women” and “terrorist extremism.” This ploy represents an example of fomenting gender hysteria (6).
Double Standards: Many countries have enacted domestic violence policies that only recognize female victims of abuse, leaving male victims without recourse. In Spain, the situation became so extreme that abused men resorted to using the country’s Ley Trans to change their legal sex to female in order to get help (7).
Lack of Due Process: Domestic violence laws often make it difficult for an innocent man to prove his innocence. For example, many countries have embraced “believe the victim” policies that eliminate the presumption of innocence. In the UK, justice minister Lammy is now calling for the elimination of jury trials for rape cases (8).
Manipulation of Elections: Open and free elections are a hallmark of democratic societies. Now, thanks to the UN Gender Quota program, 93 nations have modified their constitutions, laws, or party rules to impose female quotas (9).
Ideological Control: At the United Nations, feminist ideology rules supreme. Feminist dogma controls many UN agencies, including the Human Rights Council (10), World Health Organization (11), and others (12).
