Female Supremacy Now Widespread among UN Agencies
January 19, 2026 – Last week UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres boasted, “I am very proud that we achieved for the first time in UN history gender parity at senior levels.” (1) “Gender parity” signifies equal numbers of men and women – an outcome that can only be achieved by means of rigid policies that discriminate on the basis of sex.
Resorting to the sexist code-word “prioritization,” female supremacy has become an accepted tenet among UN agencies, even in the absence of evidence to justify such policies:
- Last Fall the UN responded to an earthquake in Afghanistan with this demand: “We must ensure women and girls are prioritized.” (2)
- Three weeks later the UN responded to Hurricane Melissa by saying, “UN Women urges local and international responders to ensure that women and girls are prioritized in the humanitarian response.” (2)
- A UNDP Toolkit called for the “prioritization of women’s needs in national and subnational planning and recovery frameworks.” (3)
- UN Women Regional Director Anna Mutavati called for the “prioritization” of women and girls in Sudan (4).
- A report on UN Principles for Responsible Digital Payments demanded the “Prioritization of women as a key cornerstone for sustained development.” (5)
- A UN Women report on climate governance in Tanzania applauded the “prioritization of women’s participation” (6), without providing data to support such a sweeping conclusion.
For decades, feminist groups have engaged in policies designed to negatively stereotype men and discriminate against males. Social commentator Victor Davis Hanson recently condemned this “War on White Men” using strong language (7).
Now, UN member organizations are pushing back:
- S. President Donald Trump ordered the withdrawal from 31 UN agencies, including UN Women (8).
- Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar announced Israel’s removal from several United Nations agencies for anti-Israel bias, including ignoring the wave of “sexual violence committed against Israeli women on October 7, 2023.” (9)
- In his annual address to the international body, Pope Leo XIV called for the United Nations to prioritize “the unity of the human family” over gender ideologies (10).
UN Ambassadors and other officials now need to bring an end to calls for female supremacy, or witness the inevitable decline in the ability of the United Nations to be a force for global peace, justice, and gender equality.
