“Not only is VAWA embracing a fascist, hateful ideology, fraudulent social engineering and outrageous lies, it is fraudulent on its face, evil in its intent, its practices and real goals. This unconstitutional law must be repealed.” -Dr. Eric Ross, Ph.D.

The purpose of the Violence Against Women Act is to deny men the due process of the law, and, to deny men the equal protection of the laws, while, at the same time, shifting about $600,000,000.00 taxpayer dollars per year to groups that support the election of democrat politicians.

The Bill was first introduced in Congress by Joe Biden in 1994, and, President Clinton signed the bill into law.

At that time, there was a heavy alliance between the conservative “moral majority” and feminists. That alliance provided a peak in the hatred of men, masculinity and male sexuality in our government and other institutions.

The title of the Act “Violence Against Women Act” [VAWA] was chosen very carefully to prevent anyone from opposing it. Any politician who spoke up and exposed the true purpose of the act would be labeled a “mysoginist” in the media.

After 25 years, VAWA has not reduced “violence against women.”

There are two reasons it has not reduced violence against women. First, the idea that men are routinely violent towards women is a dark ages superstition that Hollywood exploited to make profits from promoting it in its films. Second, the majority of domestic violence is committed by women against men. Women are most at risk in heterosexual relationships when they commit violence against men, and, men defend themselves.

VAWA had the effect of encouraging women, in divorce cases, to falsely accuse men of domestic violence. This became known among divorce attorneys as “the silver bullet.” Estimates now put the rate of false accusations of domestic violence in divorce cases at about 82%.

The second reason that VAWA has failed to reduce domestic violence is that women are far more violent than men in heterosexual relationships.

Recent studies by Harvard show that women initiate domestic violence at least 70% of the time in heterosexual relationships. (Other studies show that women in lesbian relationships have over an 80% chance of being victims of domestic or sexual violence by their partners).
